Dear Sir, With reference to the above none of your delivery man visited my place of address. It is disgraceful that how a company can send mail like this without verifying the facts. My contact number is available with you your delivery man should have contacted me but no one did it. I will not accept your wordings that money will be refunded for the undelivered item. Request to kindly look into and deliver item without fail. If you are going to refund then it must be with interest as per law. This is regarding my product nokia lumia 625(tracking id-210111652603 and Order # 402-7314948-6665132 ). I ordered this on 17th oct and till today it hasn't reached me, though I got the confirmation msg that it has arrived hyd on 22nd oct. I wanted to gift it someone on Diwali so I called up customer care and spoke to one of the supervisor he said as they are working on Diwali too so most probably I will get it by evening 8pm and today(24th oct) when I spoke to customer care, they are saying there would be delay of more 2 days. I have been following up on this from last 4 days spent almost 150 bucks calling customer care. If this is the kind of service you are providing I am afraid, I will buy anything else going forward. Also, I will get this on all social websites.

Order 404-2809877-4545903 of 08/10/2014- Philips Food Processor. Till now I have not received the item. For the last 5 days I had been contacting Customer Care through chat; it has not elicited any solution so far. Courier delay due to festival season is not an acceptable excuse for not delivering the item. The discount offered is now meaningless because of the delay. Amazon (India) is not reliable and I am afraid whether company is trying to fool the poor customers.

The return procedure is quite complicated and inconvenient. I have no time to pack it and courier the material back to you. If you have sent wrong material while I paid in advance to you through debit card, why should I be harassed by you to take the pain to courier it! How to get the reimbursement for the courier?? I tell you--learn things from Jabong. com. Their dealing with customers is the best. By your return policy you are losing many potential customers. amazon india gives pain to its customers. You show some material on the net and deliver something else!! color different, material quality so poor, cutting so poor, design different!!!! the whole procedure is inconvenient, badly coordinated and cumbersome.
